Upcoming workshop
A two-day face-to-face workplace intervention for organizations where communication directly affects performance. It helps teams set clearer expectations, handle difficult conversations earlier, respond calmly under pressure, and close conversations with stronger follow-through.
Date
Two-day face-to-face workshop. Time to be confirmed by Edunex when seat details are sent.
Audience
Built for managers, supervisors, frontline teams, HR, operations, support teams, customer-facing staff, and cross-functional departments.
Operational value
This is not generic soft-skills training. It is a practical workplace communication workshop for moments that affect execution, service, ownership, and supervision load.
What improves
Participants practise clearer expectations, earlier issue response, stronger tone control, and better follow-through in the conversations that often create rework, delay, and recurring tension.
Move from vague instruction to cleaner direction, responsibility, and next steps.
Replace avoided or weak correction with clearer performance and behaviour guidance.
Respond under pressure with stronger tone control, less defensiveness, and better judgment.
Address tension before it escalates into wider disruption or avoidable delay.
Improve workflow transfer, accountability, and context between people and teams.
Close conversations with action, owner, timing, and review instead of loose commitment.
Core method
CURVE gives participants a repeatable structure for unclear expectations, feedback, pressure, conflict, difficult conversations, and follow-through without turning the workshop into theory-heavy soft-skills content.
Make the issue, expectation, owner, or next step clear before confusion grows.
Ask, listen, paraphrase, and check what has not yet been verified.
Manage tone, defensiveness, and pressure so the response stays useful.
State the difficult point clearly, respectfully, and directly without blame.
Close with action, owner, timing, and follow-up so the conversation moves work.
Participant outputs
The programme is built around visible outputs participants can apply after the session, including structured worksheets, de-escalation language, difficult-conversation planning, and a 30-day transfer plan.
Output 01
Participants identify where unclear instruction, handover gaps, assumptions, or delayed feedback are affecting work.
Output 02
Participants build a CURVE worksheet and de-escalation phrase set they can use in real conversations under pressure.
Output 03
Each participant leaves with one realistic behaviour to practise after training, plus the action, timing, and evidence that will show improvement.
Workshop experience
Participants engage through operational workplace scenarios, structured practice, facilitator-led correction, CURVE application, practical workbook tools, and a 30-day transfer focus.
