If you apply to join the Edunex Facilitator Network, Edunex may collect your name, email, optional phone, professional practice, city and country, facilitation areas, experience, delivery capability, languages, travel availability, brief profile, professional link, consent, and CV.

Why facilitator information is collected

Facilitator application information is used for initial consideration against current and future program requirements. Edunex may request more information only where your experience appears aligned with a relevant opportunity.

CV handling

CV uploads are accepted through the website form provider and are not stored as public website assets. Access should be limited to Edunex reviewers involved in facilitator network screening, program matching, or related administration.

Correction and deletion

You may ask Edunex to correct, update, or delete facilitator application information by contacting info@edunexafrica.com through the website form.

Retention period

The approved retention period for facilitator applications must be confirmed by Edunex leadership. Until that period is approved, retained information should be kept only as long as necessary for review and lawful business administration.
